Konferencja naukowa pt. Нові тенденції розвитку цивільного процесу України та Польщі (New Trends in the Develoment of the Civil Process of Ukraine and Poland) organizowana przez Narodowy Uniwersytet Odeska Akademia Prawnicza (Odessa Law Academy) wraz z Sądem Rejonowym w Odessie (Kyivskyi District Court of Odesa) odbyła się w Odessie 21 października 2021 r. (czwartek).

W wydarzeniu wzięło liczne grono polskich procesualistów.
Miałem zaszczyt wygłosić referat pt. Claims and Evidence – Processual Concentration System in The Polish Civil Proceedings.
Katedrę Postępowania Cywilnego WPiA UW reprezentowali także dr Aleksandra Orzeł-Jakubowska (referat pt. Effective Case Management in the Polish Civil Proceedings) oraz dr Marcin Cieśliński (referat pt. Limitation of the Court Trial in the Polish Civil Proceedings). Referat pt. Public Hearings in the Polish Civil Proceedings During the COVID-19 Pandemic wygłosiła także prof. UR dr hab. Anna Kościółek.
