Academic degrees


The Master of Law degree in legal sciences from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw – full-time master’s studies completed with distinction in the years 1999–2004.

The academic degree of Doctor of Legal Sciences in law was awarded by resolution of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Civil Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw on June 25, 2007, based on the doctoral dissertation titled:
Access to the Supreme Court and the Cassation Complaint in Civil Proceedings.

Doctoral advisor: Prof. dr hab. Tadeusz Ereciński; reviewers: Prof. UMCS dr hab. Andrzej Jakubecki, dr hab. Karol Weitz.

The academic degree of Habilitated Doctor of Legal Sciences in law was awarded by resolution of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw on March 19, 2018.

As the scientific achievement in the discipline of law – in accordance with Article 16(2) of the Act on Academic Degrees and Title – the following monograph was indicated:

In 2022, completed a two-month research fellowship (March–April) at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University in Kraków –
