In today’s world of sustainable development, most aspects of access to justice are still regulated by domestic legal rules and principles. From this policy of national approach in procedural legislation we may move ahead successfully to harmonizing the rules and achieving more progress in solving the widely shared challenges of delays, costs and efficiency of civil procedure.
